About 728pub - Our Story, Mission & People
From a small team passionate about online gaming to the Philippines' most trusted casino and sportsbook platform - here's everything behind the 728pub name.
Who We Are
728pub is the Philippines' premier online casino and sports betting platform, built from the ground up specifically for Filipino players. We're not a generic international casino that slapped a Philippine flag on an existing website - we designed every part of the 728pub experience around the habits, preferences, payment methods, and sporting passions of players from Manila to Mindanao. When you log in to 728pub, you're using a platform created by people who understand that Filipinos want fast GCash payouts, Filipino-speaking support agents, PBA odds on their favorite teams, and JILI slots that don't lag on mobile data.
Founded with one clear ambition - to give Filipino players the world-class online gaming experience they deserve - 728pub has grown into a community of over 50,000 active members spanning every major city and province in the country. Makati professionals catching a quick game on their lunch break, Cebu City students betting on the NBA finals, Davao families enjoying a casual Sunday bingo session - 728pub is the platform connecting all of them to the best gaming action available online.
What makes 728pub genuinely different isn't just the game library or the bonuses. It's the commitment to transparency and reliability that runs through every decision we make. Our payout percentages are published and verifiable. Our terms and conditions are written in plain English that actual people can understand. When you win, we pay - no excuses, no delays, no suspicious "verification" processes designed to wear you down. That's a promise we've kept since day one, and it's the reason 728pub players stay loyal and refer their friends.
Our Mission
To deliver the Philippines' most trustworthy, entertaining, and locally relevant online gaming platform - one where every Filipino player feels at home, every game is genuinely fair, every withdrawal is processed on time, and every support interaction is handled by someone who actually understands the local context. Gaming should be fun, safe, and accessible. That's the standard 728pub holds itself to every single day.

Mobile-First Design
Engineered for Filipino mobile users from day one. 728pub loads fast even on 4G, plays smoothly on mid-range Android phones, and delivers full functionality without a separate app download.
Transparent Operations
We publish our terms in plain English. We don't hide withdrawal limits in footnotes or bury wagering requirements in fine print. 728pub players always know exactly what they're signing up for.
Our Journey
728pub didn't start as a corporate strategy document. It started as a genuine frustration shared by a group of Filipino gaming enthusiasts who were tired of international platforms that ignored their market - slow bank transfers that took days, no GCash support, customer service agents who had no idea where the Philippines even was, and game libraries packed with European titles that meant nothing to Filipino players.
The solution was to build something better. Something designed specifically for the Philippines, by people who lived the same experience as the players they were building for. That core belief - that Filipino players deserve a world-class platform that actually understands them - is still the beating heart of everything 728pub does today.
728pub Platform Launches
The 728pub platform went live with a focused game library, GCash payment integration, and a Filipino-speaking support team. Initial player response confirmed the gap in the market was real.
Sports Betting & JILI Slots Added
728pub expanded with a full sports betting platform covering NBA, PBA, UFC, boxing, and volleyball, alongside the launch of the JILI slot library - which quickly became the most-played section on the entire platform.
Evolution Gaming Live Dealer Integration
Partnering with Evolution Gaming brought authentic live dealer games to 728pub players for the first time - real blackjack, baccarat, and roulette tables streamed in HD, with Filipino-speaking dealer options on selected tables.
Community Milestone Reached
728pub crossed 50,000 active registered players across Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, Makati, and hundreds of cities and municipalities throughout the Philippines - a testament to word-of-mouth trust earned through consistent fair play and reliable payouts.
Continuing to Build for Filipino Players
728pub continues expanding its game library, improving mobile performance, adding new payment options, and deepening its commitment to responsible gaming - always with the goal of being the platform Filipino players trust most.
728pub by the Numbers
Our Core Values
Every decision made at 728pub - from which game providers to partner with, to how fast withdrawals should process, to how support agents are trained - is guided by a consistent set of values that put Filipino players first. These aren't marketing slogans. They're the actual principles that shape how we operate day to day.
- Player First, Always: Every product decision starts with one question - does this make things better for the player? If the answer is no, we don't do it. That applies to withdrawal processes, bonus terms, game selection, and everything in between.
- Radical Transparency: 728pub publishes payout rates, writes terms in plain language, and never hides important information in footnotes. We believe informed players are happier players, and we'd rather lose a signup than earn it through confusion.
- Reliability Over Promises: Lots of casinos promise fast payouts. 728pub just does them. We measure ourselves by what actually happens, not what we claim on a landing page. GCash withdrawals within 15 minutes isn't a headline - it's the standard.
- Responsible Gaming Is Non-Negotiable: Fun gaming is safe gaming. 728pub provides deposit limits, session reminders, self-exclusion tools, and clear 21+ age enforcement because we genuinely care about the wellbeing of our players - not just their deposits.
- Community Over Transactions: The 50,000+ players who choose 728pub aren't just account numbers to us. They're the Marikina sari-sari store owner who enjoys Saturday bingo, the Cebu call center agent who follows the NBA, the Davao teacher catching Friday night UFC odds. Real people deserve a platform that treats them that way.
Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming
728pub believes that gaming should always be a source of entertainment, never a source of financial stress. All players must be 21 years or older to register and play. We provide deposit limits, time-out options, and self-exclusion tools directly within your account dashboard. If you or someone you know is experiencing difficulty with gambling, we encourage seeking support from PAGCOR's responsible gaming resources and the relevant Philippine social welfare services. Gaming is more fun when it's in control.
Built for the Philippines
There's a reason 728pub has grown entirely through word of mouth among Filipino players - because we actually solved the problems that made international casinos frustrating to use here. GCash and PayMaya weren't afterthoughts bolted on after launch. They were built into the payment architecture from day one because we knew that's how Filipinos actually move money.
Our sports betting markets reflect what Filipino fans actually follow. PBA Philippine Cup odds. NBA Finals markets. UFC main event lines. Pacquiao-style boxing matchups. Volleyball leagues. We don't just offer markets - we build them around the games Filipinos are watching and discussing on game day. When Ginebra and TNT meet in a playoff game, 728pub has the lines ready before the tip-off.
Our game library puts JILI and Asian-focused providers front and center because Filipino players know these games and love them. Super Ace, Fortune Gems, Golden Empire - these titles dominate player activity on 728pub not because we pushed them, but because Filipino players chose them over and over. We listen to what our community actually plays and makes sure those games are always available, always stable, and always fairly priced.
Whether you're depositing ₱100 for a casual session from your apartment in Quezon City or managing a high-volume account as a VIP player in BGC, 728pub treats every player with the same level of professionalism and care. That consistency - from the first ₱100 deposit to the millionth peso in winnings - is what the 728pub brand is built on. And it's why we'll still be the Philippines' most trusted gaming platform for years to come.
