1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement," "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 728pub ("728pub," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the 728pub website located at 728pub.cam, including all associated gaming products, services, features, and content made available thereon.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 728pub account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party and to immediately notify 728pub support if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. 728pub will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

3.2 Account Suspension and Closure

728pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; provision of false or misleading registration information; suspected fraud, money laundering, or match fixing; chargebacks initiated against 728pub; underage gambling; or any activity deemed detrimental to the platform or its other players.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is deemed inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 728pub may apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts after the expiry of the inactivity period. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of such fees. Any remaining balance may be forfeited after twenty-four (24) months of continuous inactivity in accordance with applicable regulations.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

728pub accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Unionbank, Landbank, and selected cryptocurrency networks. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. No maximum deposit limit applies to standard accounts; higher limits may apply in specific circumstances at 728pub's discretion.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to GCash or PayMaya are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes during business hours (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Philippine Standard Time). Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to four (4) business hours. 728pub does not charge processing fees on withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the 728pub platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Where deposits are made in other currencies or via cryptocurrency, the applicable conversion rate at the time of the transaction will be applied. 728pub is not responsible for any currency conversion losses incurred.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, 728pub may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. 6. Gaming Rules

By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those game-specific rules. In the event of any technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during a game session, 728pub will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. In cases where game results cannot be determined due to a technical error, 728pub reserves the right to void the relevant round and refund the stake.

7. Prohibited Conduct

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 728pub platform, including but not limited to the 728pub brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and proprietary data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of 728pub or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 728pub platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any 728pub intellectual property without prior written authorization.

10. Limitation of Liability
